True Bi-Amp Configuration
Serious front staging requires separate amplification for tweeters and mid-bass drivers — each channel tuned to what it’s moving. The AC1500K6’s 6-channel layout enables a full bi-amp front stage with independent HPF and LPF crossovers (40–400Hz, 18dB/octave) per channel pair, delivering a stage that’s cleaner, wider, and more controlled than any 4-channel can produce.
2CH / 6CH Input Switch
A single front-panel switch selects between 2-channel and 6-channel input modes, making the AC1500K6 compatible with both aftermarket head units and OEM source units with a DSP processor. Input sensitivity spans 400mV to 20V — no additional line-output converter required in most installations.
4-Layer SMD PCB Construction
Where most multi-channel amplifiers at this price point use a 2-layer PCB, the AC1500K6 is built on a 4-layer surface-mount design. Additional copper layers reduce power-plane impedance across all six output stages, improve thermal dissipation, and deliver structural rigidity that holds up to vehicle vibration over time.
Bridge Mode — 450W × 3
When the install calls for it, any channel pair on the AC1500K6 can be bridged to deliver 450W RMS into a 4Ω load — turning the 6-channel into three high-power outputs. Use all three bridged pairs for a compact subwoofer-ready multi-driver system, or mix bridged and stereo channels for a custom staging configuration.
