Where most car amplifiers use a 2-layer PCB, the AC1200KD1 is built on a 4-layer surface-mount design. Additional copper layers reduce power-plane impedance, improve thermal dissipation, and deliver structural rigidity that holds up to vehicle vibration over time.
Universal Source Compatibility
Zero-Point Balanced inputs (CMRR architecture) reject common-mode noise from vehicle electrical systems. Input sensitivity spans 400mV to 20V — compatible with factory OEM head units via high-level input, aftermarket receivers, and DSP processors. No additional adapter required in most installations.
Complete Tuning Control
Variable low-pass crossover (50–250Hz, 24dB/octave), subsonic filter (10–50Hz), bass boost (0–18dB @ 45Hz), phase switch (0°/180°), and an LED clipping indicator for real-time distortion monitoring during setup. Remote bass knob included in the box — not a $30 accessory.
